Ingredients:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
