Nothing smells better than a freshly baked bread in the morning and this bread only has four ingredients and are simple and easy to make. You can make this easy bread every day of the week and even put in the freezer for a rainy day. 

There are many variations of bread, including sourdough, whole wheat, rye, and gluten-free bread, each with its own unique flavor and texture. But this bread is a easy one that everyone will be able to make. 

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 package dry yeast (7 g)

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add the water and stir the dough until it becomes smooth.
  3. Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
  4. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it lightly. Shape the dough into a long, round loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  5. Let the dough rise again for about 30 minutes.
  6. Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C (400 degrees F) for about 40 minutes, or until it becomes golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
  7. Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
