- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 and 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/4 cups whole milk
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease and flour three 8-inch round cake pans.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
