Soda Ice cream- perfect for summer and parties

Make soda ice cream at home and make yourself and everybody around you happy. This  is perfect for serving during the summer time, and its a fun way to serve a dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened ice cream, club soda, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips, if using.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9×9 inch baking dish or loaf pan. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  4. When ready to serve, cut the ice cream into squares or scoop it into bowls. Enjoy!
